TAQUITO ADDICTS PROGRAM

In certain locations, Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC offers its loyalty rewards program (“Program”). The Program is available only at participating restaurant locations within the United States.

These Program Terms & Conditions (“Program Terms”) apply only to users who choose to participate in the Program. These terms supplement the general Terms & Conditions governing Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC online services.

Important Notice: These terms include arbitration provisions, class action waivers, limitations of liability, and other legal terms that may affect your rights.

Eligibility & Enrollment

Participation is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least sixteen (16) years old.

The Program is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, participation is permitted only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

To participate, you must create an online account with Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC.

Earning Points

Once enrolled, members may earn points (“Points”) on qualifying purchases when the account is properly identified during the transaction.

Accepted Identification Methods:

• Mobile app ordering
• QR code scanning at register or kiosk
• Phone number or account code
• Receipt upload within 48 hours of purchase

Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC reserves the right to change accepted identification methods at any time.

Point Limitations:

• Points may only be earned on up to three (3) transactions per day
• Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account

Qualifying Purchases

Qualifying purchases include eligible products purchased at participating locations when linked to your account.

The following purchases do NOT qualify:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Taxes, fees, or surcharges
• Gift card purchases

Purchases made using a gift card may still qualify.

Point Balance & Verification

Members may view their Points balance through their online account.

If you believe Points were incorrectly credited, you must notify Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC within thirty (30) days and provide a valid receipt.

All determinations regarding Points are made at the sole discretion of Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC.

Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for rewards available on the Rewards Menu, including:

• Food items
• Merchandise
• Promotional offers

Redemption Rules:

• Points are deducted immediately upon redemption
• Redeemed Points are non-refundable
• Only one reward may be redeemed at a time

Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC reserves the right to modify rewards at any time.

Additional Promotions

Additional earning or redemption opportunities may occasionally be offered, including:

• Bonus campaigns
• Limited-time offers
• Promotional events

Additional terms may apply to such promotions.

Point Expiration

Points expire on the first day of the month following twelve (12) months from the date earned.

Points may also expire if:

• The Program is terminated
• Your account is suspended or closed

Compliance & Enforcement

Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC reserves the right to:

• Void Points
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Disqualify participants

This may occur if abuse of the Program or violation of these terms is suspected.

All decisions are final.

No Ownership of Points

Points:

• Have no cash value
• Are not transferable
• Are not considered property

Program Modifications

Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including:

• Point earning rates
• Reward offerings
• Expiration policies

Changes may occur without prior notice.

Online Services & Usage

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using online services.

Use of services while operating a vehicle or in unsafe conditions is prohibited.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under their account
• Keeping account information accurate

Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

Independent Restaurant Operations

Many restaurant locations are independently owned and operated.

While Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC provides the technology platform, individual restaurant locations are responsible for:

• Product preparation
• Legal compliance
• Employment practices

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC and its affiliates from any claims resulting from misuse of services or violation of these terms.

General Terms

• No waiver of rights shall be implied
• Terms may be modified at any time
• Governing law shall be the jurisdiction where Roll Em Up Franchise Group LLC is based
• Users may not assign rights without written consent
